I am selling all my Zippos!!! Up for bid is another one of my prized Zippo Lighters! I started collecting Zippos back in 1995 at yard sales, through Zippo Click Collectors Club and over the internet. I have never smoked so all the Zippo Lighters that I collected were ever used. If a lighter was used, it was utilized before I bought it however a majority of the Zippo Lighters I have are mint, still in the original box with the orange sticker still attached. The only reason I am selling these lighters is because I need the additional space and my interest has decreased. These next lighters are a rarity; George Brown Petty IV (27 April 1894 – 21 July 1975) was an American pin-up artist. His pin-up art appeared primarily in Esquire and Fawcett Publications’ True but was also in calendars marketed by Esquire, True and Ridgid Tool Company. Petty's Esquire gatefolds originated and popularized the magazine device of centerfold spreads. Reproductions of his work were widely rendered by military artists as nose art decorating warplanes during the Second World War, including the Memphis Belle, known as “Petty Girls”. Here's an instant collection of Zippo limited edition Petty Girl Series II lighters, all new in the box with numbered certificates of authenticity. Out of a total of six in the complete set I have only three and the three are Bunny w/skates, Satin Doll and Silver Blonde. You could pay $$$ for each of these, up to 70.00 a piece but you may as well save some money here with low bidding and no reserve for my complete collection of Zippo Petty Girls.
