Up for auction is a 1960's vintage Zippo Lighter with advertising for the Friden Calculator Co. These calculators were used prior to the invention of the electronic calculators we all have today. This belonged to a Friden salesman who passed away in 1968 so I know it is at least that old, probably a few years older than 1968. The word Friden and the calculator are deeply engraved into the lighter. Some of the red paint in the word FRIDEN has been lost and the brass body of the lighter shows about 1/2 on the letter R, all of the letter D and a little on the E and N. Otherwise the lighter is in very good condition with a tight lid hinge and tight spring closure. Please email any questions.
