Rare Early 1930s Zippo Square Chrome Lighter PatPending Picture(s) and Description:

For auction is this rare early 1930s Zippo square chrome cigarette lighter. This cool Zippo measures 2 1/8" tall by 1 1/2" wide by 1/2" thick. It has diagonal lines on the corners and the hinge on the outside has 4 barrels. The flat bottom is marked ZIPPO MFG. CO. BRADFORD, PA. ZIPPO PAT. PENDING MADE IN USA. It is in fairly nice original condition for it's age but it does have a bit of wear on the chrome. The hinge seems to be loose when the lid is open but the lid fits snug when pushed closed. It sparks and seems to still work... just add fluid.
