It has Sistersville Tanks/C.W. McCoy engraved on the front. This company is still in business and has been in operation since 1894. The lighter has a chrome plated nickel case with 3 barrel hinge and a 14 hole nickel insert with slashed tooth flint wheel and the cigarette filter type pad. The case and insert have the 2032695 patent number. The case has a corner flat spot and a corner ding/dent on the lid, a corner flat spot on the bottom and numerous pocket scratches. The hinge has moderate wiggle but the lid opens and closes nicely. The box has heavy wear but it is intact. The lighter is clean and ready to display or use...just add flint and fluid.
